Meet the member: Gleensite
“Everything connects to everything else,” says Alejandro Garcia Manic, co-founder and COO of predictive analytics software start-up, Gleensite, “everything is connected, and we want to make those causal threads more visible so that people around the world can make better decisions.”
In late 2018, Gleensite Co-founders Daniel Kagane and Alejandro, along with the Gleensite team, started working on accessible predictive analytics mapping software with the mission to democratise the technology and make the power of predictive analytics available to everyone, rather than only reserved for large, resourceful organisations. A year after they started developing the technology, Gleensite was launched to improve data-led decision-making across all sectors.
Gleensite is one of the ambitious early-stage tech companies selected to take part in Enterprise City’s start-up support scheme, Exchange. The programme grants entrepreneurs access to mentoring from business experts, including the scheme’s knowledge partner, Tech Nation, as well as office space in Department Bonded Warehouse and a network of inspiring fellow start-up founders.
Over the last six months, Gleensite has rapidly grown, experiencing a 50% increase in customers in that short time. The firm aims to make predictive analytics more widely accessible. They are not limited to the UK and EU either, as Gleensite is planning to launch in the US within the next 12 months.
The business is already off to a great start, having secured a deal alongside partner company and fellow Exchange member, PropFolio, with Allied London, the property developer behind Enterprise City. The project will enable faster data-driven decision making and provide insight and analytics on the performance of individual assets, as well as across Allied London’s whole portfolio.
Daniel Kagane, CEO at Gleensite said: “We are so excited to be coming to Manchester to join the Exchange programme. We believe it is a great community. Being able to share ideas and network with other start-ups will be a great accelerator, as will working on the same premises and on the same scheme as our partner company, PropFolio.
“We are sure there will be some great opportunities for us thanks to Exchange, and we are looking forward to continuing our growth alongside the other businesses on the scheme.”
